Early 20th century single stone aquamarine and diamond cluster pendant/brooch, c.1920, the cushion shaped aquamarine claw set to a scalloped edge double diamond border, spaced by eight collet set pear shaped diamond accents, mounted in platinum and gold, the brooch fitting and suspension loop both detachable.
